You may upload videos or request videos from others via Vidrevv. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to:

Record and share videos
Display any third-party materials or individuals in videos

By uploading content, you grant Maxwize a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display the content within the Service.

You retain ownership of your content.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Upload or solicit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
Interfere with system security or integrity
Use the platform for spam or unsolicited commercial communication

Maxwize may suspend or terminate access if any abuse is detected.

6. Fees and Payments

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

Fees and features may be modified with notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software provided by Vidrevv, except for user-uploaded content, is the property of Maxwize Online Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

9. Termination
