By subscribing to Vidrevv, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Subscription Plans
Vidrevv operates on a subscription-based model. Users may choose from free trials, monthly, or annual paid plans. Subscription fees are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled.
2. Free Trial Policy
If a free trial is offered:

No charges will be made during the trial period.

You may cancel at any time during the trial without incurring charges.

After the trial ends, your account will be converted to a paid plan unless you cancel beforehand.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

Visiting your billing or account settings within the Vidrevv platform, or

Upon cancellation:

Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

No further charges will be applied.

Your testimonial data and videos will remain accessible unless deleted manually or requested for deletion.
4. Refund Policy
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
a. Billing Errors
If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charges, incorrect plan), please contact us within 7 days of the charge. If verified, a full or partial refund will be processed.
b. Technical Issues
If you experience a persistent technical issue that prevents you from using the platform as intended, and our support team is unable to resolve it within 5 business days, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund.
c. No Refunds for Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for unused time, change of mind, or switching to a lower plan.
